OLD BUSINESS:
Bloomstone Apartments/Clubhouse – 1070 Treeline – Bldg A/Clubhouse – Planning advised that the applicant
will most likely be splitting the lot and that a new amended plat and site plan will need to be sent. Building requested
that dimensions be included in the plat. This will be on the agenda next week.
Carbon Recall – 125 Old School Dr – commercial building – Public Works requested complete civils on 5/12 and
is waiting for a response. Patrick Conover advised that he received civils and is waiting on stormwater design from
the engineer. He will notify Planning when he uploads the plans. This will be on the agenda next week.
Stockman Bank – 471 Rivers Edge Loop – New Bank – This was passed through Site Review.
Affinity at Kalispell – 605 Stillwater – Apts/Pool Bldg/Garages – Planning advised that the response comments
should be received next week. Building advised that the developer requested a letter regarding trusses. This will be
on the agenda next week.
Brace Place – 1410 Ponderosa St – new orthodontic office – Nothing new. Fire is still waiting for the CAD tracking
information. This will be on the agenda next week.
Immanuel Living Lofts @ Buffalo Hill– 45 Claremont – apartments – Planning advised that response comments
from 5/19 are in review. Public Works and Fire discussed flow test results and advised that the hydrants were
approved by Fire.
This will be on the agenda next week.
Immanuel Living Skybridge – 185 Crestline – addition – Parks advised that a more detailed landscaping plan is
needed. This will be on the agenda next week.
Immanuel Living South Parking lot – 185 Crestline – Laura Smith advised that the underground detention
systems letter from the manufacturer and updated sheets will be submitted soon. This will be on the agenda next
week.
Burn Bootcamp – 466 Rivers Edge Loop – athletic club – Public Works advised Patrick Conover that a deviation
request and hydraulic flow analysis for the fire hydrant are required for approval. Mr. Conover advised that there
will be changes to the exterior and will send approved and new renderings to Planning to determine if ARC approval
is required. He will also submit an updated site plan that clearly shows the ADA sidewalks. This will be on the
agenda next week.
Les Schwab – 443 Rivers Edge Loop – New Tire Center – Comments were sent out 5/20. This will be on the agenda
next week.
Kalispell Toyota – 340 Cascade Loop – New Car Dealership – Public Works’ review is almost complete. Parks is
waiting for the new landscaping plans. Building’s review should be completed today. The committee discussed
boulevard irrigation. Public Works will follow up on the landscaping plans status. This will be on the agenda next
week.
