PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: The committee will discuss the bonding for Meadows Edge Ph 3 and Ph 4A after the meeting. OLD BUSINESS: Bloomstone Apartments/Clubhouse – 1070 Treeline – Bldg A/Clubhouse – Nothing new. Planning advised that the applicant may be creating lots for financing reasons and that a subdivision exemption letter may be required. The committee discussed fire code requirements if the lots were created. This will be on the agenda next week. Carbon Recall – 125 Old School Dr – commercial building –Public Works advised that the civil submittal is still incomplete. Architect Patrick Conover stated that he is working with the engineer for the complete civil set. This will be on the agenda next week. Stockman Bank – 471 Rivers Edge Loop – New Bank – Public Works is close to approval. Parks advised that one more tree will be required. This will be on the agenda next week. Affinity at Kalispell – 605 Stillwater – Apts/Pool Bldg/Garages – Nothing new. Staff is still waiting on the response to comments sent out on 4/14/25. This will be on the agenda next week. Brace Place – 1410 Ponderosa St – new orthodontic office – Comments were sent out 5/1; staff is waiting for a response. Fire is ok except for the tracking. This will be on the agenda next week. Immanuel Living Lofts @ Buffalo Hill– 45 Claremont – apartments – Public Works advised that there are water and sewer issues. This will be on the agenda next week. Immanuel Living Skybridge – 185 Crestline – addition – Building review is done. This will be on the agenda next week. Immanuel Living South Parking lot – 185 Crestline – This is in Parks’ queue. Public Works advised there are 2 issues. This will be on the agenda next week. Burn Bootcamp – 466 Rivers Edge Loop – athletic club – Planning presented new plans received from Patrick Conover. The committee discussed the straight parking spots, relocating the south sidewalk and landscape butter, and the garbage enclosure, the FDC location, and a required sidewalk connection on the north side. Mr. Conover will send a preliminary plan to Planning for parking review. This will be on the agenda next week. Les Schwab – 443 Rivers Edge Loop – New Tire Center – Public Works is ready to send comments. Building review is almost complete. This will be on the agenda next week. Kalispell Toyota – 340 Cascade Loop – New Car Dealership – Public Works’ review is almost complete. Parks is waiting for the new landscaping plans. Building is still reviewing. This will be on the agenda next week. NEW BUSINESS: Mountain Prime Steakhouse – 214 S Main – steakhouse/casino – change of use – Planning presented plans for a change of use from office to a steakhouse and casino. Planning advised that the plans need to include the wall height and doors to the casino. MDT advised that an encroachment permit will be required for the awning OTHER: CAP Building – Planning confirmed that the occupancy building use falls under the change of use category for planning, building, and fire. MDT stated that they will need approach permit. Public Works would like a dedicated right of way for improvements.
