I am opposed to the scope and design of reconfiguring Main, 1 st Street East and 1 st Street West. I don't
think the cost/benefit warrants the expenditures, and also -it functions perfectly fine'As Is'. Save the
money. If it's already collected -return it to taxpayers. If it's federal grant month -return it.
