OLD BUSINESS:
Bloomstone Apartments/Clubhouse – 1070 Treeline – Bldg A/Clubhouse – Parks stated that the applicant is
working through their comments. Public Works and Fire are ready to send comments. This will be on the agenda
next week.
Carbon Recall – 125 Old School Dr – commercial building – Planning advised that a resubmittal was received
today. Public Works advised that the civil submittal is incomplete. Architect Patrick Conover stated that the MEP
is in the new submittal. This will be on the agenda next week.
Stockman Bank – 471 Rivers Edge Loop – New Bank – Public Works needs DWG drawings. Parks is still
reviewing the submittal. Planning advised that there were some corrected sheets uploaded. This will be on the
agenda next week.
Affinity at Kalispell – 605 Stillwater – Apts/Pool Bldg/Garages – Staff is still waiting on the response to comments
sent out on 4/14/25. Building advised that they are working with the applicant on adding a golf simulator building.
This will be on the agenda next week.
Brace Place – 1410 Ponderosa St – new orthodontic office – Comments were sent out 5/1; staff is waiting for a
response. This will be on the agenda next week.
Immanuel Living Lofts @ Buffalo Hill– 45 Claremont – apartments – Comments were sent out 5/2; staff is waiting
for a response. Planning will be sending out a bonding letter today. This will be on the agenda next week.
Immanuel Living Skybridge – 185 Crestline – addition – Comments were sent out 5/1; staff is waiting for a
response. This will be on the agenda next week.
Immanuel Living South Parking lot – 185 Crestline – Planning advised that comments for staff to review were
received today. This will be on the agenda next week.
Burn Bootcamp – 466 Rivers Edge Loop – athletic club – Public Works and Parks are ready to send comments.
The building department review should be completed next week. Planning advised architect Patrick Conover that
the PUD requires the connecting street to have sidewalks and a 5ft landscape buffer with trees. This will be on the
agenda next week.
Les Schwab – 443 Rivers Edge Loop – New Tire Center – Public Works is ready to send comments. Parks and
Building are still reviewing. This will be on the agenda next week.
Kalispell Toyota – 340 Cascade Loop – New Car Dealership – In departments’ reviews. Planning advised that
some of the landscaping items have been changed. This will be on the agenda next week.

OTHER: Preliminary Comments - 43 2nd Ave E – The committee discussed zoning, parking, and approaches.
Planning to suggest the owners to speak with them to discuss zoning.
