Subject: EXTERNAL Roundabouts
Dear[Recipient],
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share some thoughts and concerns regarding the use
of roundabouts, particularly at the Airport Road Bypass.
While I understand that roundabouts are designed to improve traffic flow, I believe they can also pose
significant safety risks. The Airport Road / Bypass intersection, in particular, is already quite daunting,
and the addition of a roundabout seems to exacerbate the problem. Navigating this intersection has
become even more stressful and potentially hazardous for many drivers.
I kindly askyou to reconsider the use of roundabouts in the downtown area. Ensuring the safety and
comfort of all road users should be our top priority, and I believe there may be alternative solutions that
could better address the traffic concerns without compromising safety.
