I would like to voice my opinion on this and that is that it is both unnecessary and unwarranted. You are trying
to turn back the hands of time to an era that it didn't work and is destined to fail yet again. Use your heads
people for something other that to set on your shoulders. You could use the money for something so much
more worthy than that. Like clean up the parks of drugs and vagrants so parents and kids could be safer and
get rid of the vagrants in this valley. I know the grant was for road work but we don't need it or want
it. Taxpayer of the Valley.
