OLD BUSINESS:
Bloomstone Apartments/Clubhouse – 1070 Treeline – Bldg A/Clubhouse – Public Works and Fire are ready to
send comments. The building department is ready to send comments on Building A and the Clubhouse, they still
need trusses for Building B and the garages. Parks is still waiting for the recreational amenity breakdown from the
applicant. This will be on the agenda next week.
Carbon Recall – 125 Old School Dr – commercial building – Staff is waiting on the response to comments sent
out on 4/16/25. The Waiver of SID was sent to Public Works on 4/28/25 but it was not recorded, applicant was
notified via email the it must be recorded. This will be on the agenda next week.
Stockman Bank – 471 Rivers Edge Loop – New Bank – Response comments received 4/23 and are under review
by Public Works and Parks. The building department has completed their review. This will be on the agenda next
week.
Affinity at Kalispell – 605 Stillwater – Apts/Pool Bldg/Garages – Staff is waiting on the response to comments
sent out on 4/14/25. The building department also has comments out on the pool building on 4/3/25 and comments
out on the garages on 3/14/25, neither set have comments have been responded to. This will be on the agenda next
week.
Freddy’s Frozen Custard – 420 Cascade Loop – restaurant/Drive Thru – All departments have completed their
reviews. This has passed through site review pending the recorded Waiver of SID..
Brace Place – 1410 Ponderosa St – new orthodontic office – All departments are ready to send comments. Patrick
will send those out today. This will be on the agenda next week.
Immanuel Living Lofts @ Buffalo Hill– 45 Claremont – apartments – Public Works is ready to send comments.
Building review is almost complete. This will be on the agenda next week.
Immanuel Living Skybridge – 185 Crestline – addition – The building department as approved the structure.
Public Works and Parks are ready to send comments, Patrick will send them out today. This will be on the agenda
next week.
Immanuel Living South Parking lot – 185 Crestline – Public Work – Staff is waiting on response to comments
sent on 4/29/2025. The building department needs engineered plans for the CMU enclosure around generator
because of the height. This will be on the agenda next week.
Burn Bootcamp – 466 Rivers Edge Loop – athletic club – Public Works and Parks are ready to send comments.
The building department is under review. This will be on the agenda next week.
Les Schwab – 443 Rivers Edge Loop – New Tire Center – This is in all departments’ review queues. Fire hydrant
locations were discussed. Planning added that full access (including road and sidewalk) to the backlot must be
maintained. Building requested that any storage containers be added to the site plan. This will be on the agenda
next week.
Kalispell Toyota – 340 Cascade Loop – New Car Dealership – In departments’ queues. This will be on the agenda
next week.
