Approval of Minutes: Nihcole moved to approve the February 25, 2025 minutes; Lincoln 2nd; approved
(6-0).
New Business:
Signs:
Buildings: Brace Place – 1410 Pondera Drive – New Orthodontic – Shawn Pauly recused
himself from the committee as he represents the Brace Place and presented
renderings and plans. The committee liked that all four sides of the building had
windows and recommended that the mechanical units on the south end of the
building be screened with landscaping. Shawn will send Kari images of the final
material choice for the trash enclosures.

Other Discussion: Land Use Plan update – PJ Sorensen and Donnie McBath presented a slide show
for the Land Use Plan Update and took questions and comments.
