INVITATION TO BID
The City of Kalispell, Montana
will receive bids for the Blue-
stone Drive Sanitary Sewer
Main Upsize Project. The project
primarily consists of furnishing
materials, labor, and equipment
required to install 423 linear feet
of 12" PVC sanitary sewer main,
the removal of 3 sanitary sewer
manholes, the installation of 3
sanitary sewer manholes, core
drilling, and 5 services. Also in-
cluded in the project is the base
and asphalt patchwork for the
restoration of the road surface.
The City will only be accepting
online electronic bids through
QuestCDN. Further bidding
requirements and the portal to
QuestCDN is on the City of Ka-
lispell website at: www.kalispell.
com/bids.aspx. A Pre -Bid Meet-
ing will be held in the City Hall
Lower -Level Conference Room,
201 First Avenue East, Kalispell,
Montana 59901 at 3:30 PM on
Thursday May 1, 2025. Interest-
ed Bidders are encouraged to
attend the Pre -Bid Meeting. Bids
will be received by QuestCDN
until 3:30 PM on May 8, 2025. All
bids will be publicly opened and
read aloud at 3:30 PM on Thurs-
day May 8, 2025, in the City Hall
