Good morning,
While Main Street in Kalispell is busy and traffic accidents happen, accidents also happen
everywhere else. Widening the sidewalks and shrinking the lanes is ludicrous... we only have
people walking the side walks regularly for maybe 3/4 months out of 12 months, there is no
reason to make the side walks bigger for that short of a season. Taking away a lane and adding
a turn lane is also ridiculous. It won't help with traffic flow and on street parking is already a
nightmare, this would make it worse! Please do not grant this nonsense! It will detract greatly
from Kalispell and it will push away people who love coming to visit or people who have lived
here for decades. Enough is enough. Change is good, but not this.
