Annual Business Filing Fee Public Comment from Robert Bonetti Aimee Brunckhorst From: Rob Bonetti <supra996@hotmail.com> Sent: Thursday, May 1, 2025 10:31 AM To: sosbusiness@mt.gov Cc: Kalispell Meetings Public Comment; governor@mt.gov Subject: EXTERNAL Re: Annual Business Filing Fee In response to the previous email, I understand it's outside the window. I was serving my country on orders with the US Coast Guard, a branch of the military. I returned from my deployment on April 26th, a week and a half after the deadline. If I could suggest that there be a policy in place that those who are called upon for to serve their country are not penalized for doing so, it would be morally beneficial to everyone. I just returned from active duty orders with the US Coast 1 Guard and we extended periods of time without business email access. I did not make the deadline and had to pay a $35 fee. The name of my business is Omega Consumer Products, LLC. Is there any possibility off reimbursing the fee due to the circumstances? If you need proof of deployment, I can provide that upon request. I appreciate your time and help! Respectfully, Robert Bonetti 2
