In response to the previous email,
I understand it's outside the window. I was serving my country on orders with the US Coast Guard, a
branch of the military. I returned from my deployment on April 26th, a week and a half after the
deadline. If I could suggest that there be a policy in place that those who are called upon for to serve
their country are not penalized for doing so, it would be morally beneficial to everyone.

Thankyou foryour email. Annual report season is set by statute Jan. 1 thru April 15. The fees are
non-refundable if annual report is filed outside this window.

Subject: [EXTERNAL] Annual Business Filing Fee
Good evening,
I was recently accessed my business email to find that I needed to provide an annual business
report by a certain time to avoid a fee. I just returned from active duty orders with the US Coast
1
Guard and we extended periods of time without business email access. I did not make the
deadline and had to pay a $35 fee. The name of my business is Omega Consumer Products,
LLC. Is there any possibility off reimbursing the fee due to the circumstances? If you need
proof of deployment, I can provide that upon request. I appreciate your time and help!
Respectfully,
Robert Bonetti
