Council and City Staff,
I would like to personally invite you to our first quarterly open board meeting. (Technically,
the monthly board meetings have always been open). However, we are now advertising the
quarterly board meetings and have adjusted our regular meeting time to accommodate
more individuals who may be interested in attending. An invitation is not necessary to
attend.
I will send an invitation to every neighbor's email address that was provided to us by Mark
Flateau during the neighborhood mediation. We are intentional in our efforts to ensure all
who attend feel comfortable and we are also sincere in our desire for everyone in
attendance to feel welcomed.
