HEAR THE PUBLIC: None. PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Planning advised that the quarterly bond review meeting was held this week. OLD BUSINESS: Bloomstone Apartments/Clubhouse – 1070 Treeline – Bldg A/Clubhouse – Public Works and Fire are ready to send comments. Building is still reviewing. Parks is still waiting for the recreational amenity breakdown from the applicant. This will be on the agenda next week. Carbon Recall – 125 Old School Dr – commercial building – No response to comments were sent on 4/16. This will be on the agenda next week. Stockman Bank – 471 Rivers Edge Loop – New Bank – Response comments received 4/23 and are under review. This will be on the agenda next week. Affinity at Kalispell – 605 Stillwater – Apts/Pool Bldg/Garages –No response comments to the 4/14 comments have been received. This will be on the agenda next week. Freddy’s Frozen Custard – 420 Cascade Loop – restaurant/Drive Thru – Parks and Building reviews are complete. Response comments were received 4/18. Planning confirmed with Parks that the sidewalk connection is in the plans. This will be on the agenda next week. Brace Place – 1410 Ponderosa St – new orthodontic office – Building has this in review. Parks and Public Works are ready to send comments. This will be on the agenda next week. Immanuel Living Lofts @ Buffalo Hill– 45 Claremont – apartments – Public Works is ready to send comments. Building review is almost complete. This will be on the agenda next week. Burn Bootcamp – 466 Rivers Edge Loop – athletic club – Public Works’ review is complete. Building and Parks are still reviewing. Planning discussed the road and sidewalk connections with the committee. This will be on the agenda next week. Immanuel Living South Parking lot – 185 Crestline – Public Work – Parks has comments and Public Works is still reviewing. This will be on the agenda next week. Les Schwab – 443 Rivers Edge Loop – New Tire Center – This is in all departments’ review queues. Fire hydrant locations were discussed. Planning added that full access (including road and sidewalk) to the backlot must be maintained. Building requested that any storage containers be added to the site plan. This will be on the agenda next week. NEW BUSINESS: Immanuel Living Skybridge – 185 Crestline – addition – Parks has comments and Public Works is reviewing. This will be on the agenda next week. Kalispell Toyota – 340 Cascade Loop – New Car Dealership – In departments’ queues. This will be on the agenda next week. Lorens Auto – 1309 US Hwy 2 W – new cold storage building – In departments’ queues. This will be on the agenda next week. PRELIMINARY COMMENTS – Best Bet Casino – 285 N Main – The committee discussed entrances and future signage. Planning advised them that ARC review will be required and that the parking is adequate. Fire requested that an engineer review the sprinkler system and fire alarm be provided. Don Sampson, building owner, will provided the requested documentation.
