Davis HEAR THE PUBLIC: None. PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: None. OLD BUSINESS: Bloomstone Apartments/Clubhouse – 1070 Treeline – Bldg A/Clubhouse – Parks received some information regarding recreational amenities that is in their queue. Fire review is complete. This will be on the agenda next week. Carbon Recall – 125 Old School Dr – commercial building – Building and Public Works sent comments out. This will be on the agenda next week. Professional Office Bldg – 490 Cascade Loop – office suites – Conditionally passed through pending Parks approval. Stockman Bank – 471 Rivers Edge Loop – New Bank – The committee discussed will reach out to them regarding plat questions and tree placement. Fire advised that the EV charging stations have been moved to the sound end of the parking lot. The committee discussed space for trees and possible requirements for parking lot changes. This will be on the agenda next week. Affinity at Kalispell – 605 Stillwater – Apts/Pool Bldg/Garages – Planning advised that sitework will be starting soon and that there will be a pre-con meeting that includes Building and Fire. Comments were sent on 4/14. This will be on the agenda next week. Freddy’s Frozen Custard – 420 Cascade Loop – restaurant/Drive Thru – No response to comments sent on 4/10. This will be on the agenda next week. Brace Place – 1410 Ponderosa St – new orthodontic office – Parks and Public Works have completed their review. Building review is in process. This will be on the agenda next week. Immanuel Living Lofts @ Buffalo Hill– 45 Claremont – apartments – Public Works is ready to send comments. Building review is almost complete. This will be on the agenda next week. Burn Bootcamp – 466 Rivers Edge Loop – athletic club – Public Works’ review is complete. Building review is in process. The committee discussed trees and access. This will be on the agenda next week. NEW BUSINESS: Immanuel Living South Parking lot – 185 Crestline – Public Work – Public Works has comments ready. Planning and Building have no comments. Parks is reviewing. Resident Margaret S. Davis stated that she would like to see Grandview Drive/Alley maintained and was concerned about additional traffic. Public Works stated that the parking lot is one-way which should keep traffic impacts to a minimum. Resident Margaret Davis was concerned that future houses on a nearby lot owned by ILC would create vision issues. Planning advised that setbacks would apply to that lot. This will be on the agenda next week. Les Schwab – 443 Rivers Edge Loop – New Tire Center – This is in all departments’ review queues. Public Works and Parks discussed trees and sidewalks. Planning stated that the access will be for multiple lots. Fire advised that the building will be sprinkled. This will be on the agenda next week. OTHER BUSINESS: Planning advised that they have a meeting scheduled with representatives for the Farm District. Public Works stated that there may be some issues with the intersections.
