OLD BUSINESS:
Bloomstone Apartments/Clubhouse – 1070 Treeline – Bldg A/Clubhouse – Parks is still waiting on the
recreational amenity information. This will be on the agenda next week.
Carbon Recall – 125 Old School Dr – commercial building – Public Works is reviewing. No changes to Parks &
Building. This will be on the agenda next week.
Professional Office Bldg – 490 Cascade Loop – office suites – Parks is working with them on the trees on the north
and south sides. Responses to comments are in Public Works’ queue. This will be on the agenda next week.
Stockman Bank – 471 Rivers Edge Loop – New Bank – Public Works to email them regarding the street tree
requirements. The committee discussed parking and the relocation of EV charging stations. This will be on the
agenda next week.
Affinity at Kalispell – 605 Stillwater – Apts/Pool Bldg/Garages – Building review to be completed soon. All other
department reviews are complete. This will be on the agenda next week.
Freddy’s Frozen Custard – 420 Cascade Loop – restaurant/Drive Thru – Public Works and Parks sent additional
comments out. Building is waiting for the truss design. This will be on the agenda next week.
Brace Place – 1410 Ponderosa St – new orthodontic office – Public Works’ review is complete. Parks’ review is
in process, and Building has review in their queue. This will be on the agenda next week.
Immanuel Living Lofts @ Buffalo Hill– 45 Claremont – apartments – Public Works is ready to send comments.
Building stated that there will be a resubmittal soon. This will be on the agenda next week.
Burn Bootcamp – 466 Rivers Edge Loop – athletic club - In all departments’ queues. This will be on the agenda
next week.
