OWNERSHIP TRANSFER LETTER
I, Dusty Emmert — Meridian Investments II, LLC, the undersigned property owner, do hereby
certify that I have caused to be designed, constructed, and tested the required infrastructure
improvements necessitated by the development of the Parkline Towers Apartments
development project in accordance with the approved plans.
As a condition of this development, I hearby dedicate the new public infrastructure to the City of
Kalispell. The improvements located within either City right-of-way and/or public easements
include the concrete sidewalk and approach directly adjacent to US Highway 2, the concrete
approach directly adjacent to 71h Avenue East North, and the water distribution system and
associated appurtenances located in easements outside of rights -of -way. Specifically excluded
from this dedication is the private sanitary sewer collection system for the development, on -site
hardscape improvements, landscaping and irrigation, and stormwater facilities located
throughout the subject property, which shall be owned and maintained by the Parkline Towers
Apartments property manager.
