ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE

Approval of Minutes: Lincoln moved to approve the January 14, 2025 minutes; Julia 2nd; approved (2-0).
New Business:
Signs:
Buildings: Riverside North Lift Station – Silverbrook Drive – Lift Station - Shelly
Michalski from WGM presented plans. The committee liked the screening and the
appearance of the pump house.
Affinity at Kalispell – 605 Stillwater Rd – Apartments – Laura Dougherty from
WGM presented plans, materials, and renderings. The garbage and mailboxes will
be indoors. The committee appreciated the amenities, landscaping and balconies.
Toyota – Cascade Loop – Car Dealership – Architect Darwin Lindahl presented
plans. The committee would like to see more landscaping and larger trees on the
north and east sides of the building and recommended darker light poles.
Other: Harvest Flats Apts – Timberwolf Parkway – landscape change – Kyle Reddig
from Edge presented revised plans replacing sidewalks with sod. The committee
were fine with the change.
