HEAR THE PUBLIC: None. PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: None. OLD BUSINESS: Bloomstone Apartments/Clubhouse – 1070 Treeline – Bldg A/Clubhouse – Parks has one comment out regarding the apartments. Planning advised that the owner may want to subdivide the property for financial reasons and that the site plan may change. This will be on the agenda next week. Carbon Recall – 125 Old School Dr – commercial building – Public Works is waiting on civils. This will be on the agenda next week. Brightview Suites – 150 Timberwolf Pwky – office/retail suites – No response to comments has been received yet. This will be on the agenda next week. Professional Office Bldg – 490 Cascade Loop – office suites –Response comments were received. Building review is complete. Public Works has the comments in their queue. This will be on the agenda next week. Stockman Bank – 471 Rivers Edge Loop – New Bank – No response to comments has been received yet. Public Works sent a follow up email to them. This will be on the agenda next week. Affinity at Kalispell – 605 Stillwater – Apts/Pool Bldg/Garages –Building is reviewing. Parks has this in review. This will be on the agenda next week. Freddy’s Frozen Custard – 420 Cascade Loop – restaurant/Drive Thru – First round of comments were sent last week; no response has been received. This will be on the agenda next week. NEW BUSINESS: Brace Place – 1410 Ponderosa St – new orthodontic office – In all departments’ queues. This will be on the agenda next week. Immanuel Living Lofts @ Buffalo Hill– 45 Claremont – apartments – Planning advised that there are 2 permits for this project (building and skybridge). This will be on the agenda next week. OTHER: Planning advised that the annexation and conditional use permit for MDT will be heard at the April 8 th Planning Commission Meeting and the May City Council Meetings.
