OLD BUSINESS:
Bloomstone Apartments/Clubhouse – 1070 Treeline – Bldg A/Clubhouse –Public Works review is complete.
Planning advised that permits should not be issued until verification is received from them regarding a possible
subdivision. This will be on the agenda next week.
Carbon Recall – 125 Old School Dr – commercial building – Nothing new. Public Works is still waiting on civils.
This will be on the agenda next week.
Brightview Suites – 150 Timberwolf Pwky – office/retail suites – Public Works is ready to sign off. This will be
on the agenda next week.
Professional Office Bldg – 490 Cascade Loop – office suites –Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week.
Stockman Bank – 471 Rivers Edge Loop – New Bank – No response to comments has been received yet. This will
be on the agenda next week.
Affinity at Kalispell – 605 Stillwater – Apts/Pool Bldg/Garages –Building is reviewing. All other department
reviews are complete. This will be on the agenda next week.
Freddy’s Frozen Custard – 420 Cascade Loop – restaurant/Drive Thru – No response to comments has been
received. This will be on the agenda next week.
Brace Place – 1410 Ponderosa St – new orthodontic office – In all departments’ queues. This will be on the
agenda next week.
Immanuel Living Lofts @ Buffalo Hill– 45 Claremont – apartments – Public Works has building review in their
queue. Planning advised that the skybridge submittal was incomplete. Public Works advised that they are waiting
for the stormwater design report prior to reviewing the parking lot plans. This will be on the agenda next week.
