OLD BUSINESS:
Bloomstone Apartments/Clubhouse – 1070 Treeline – Bldg A/Clubhouse – Public Works and Building reviews
are complete. Parks is still waiting on the recreational amenity information and is working with the landscape
architect. Parks will also notify the architect that connections to the trail on the west side need to be added. Planning
has not heard from the applicant on whether or not the lot will be divided. This will be on the agenda next week.
Carbon Recall – 125 Old School Dr – commercial building – Nothing new. Public Works sent the applicant a
design report example. This will be on the agenda next week.
Brightview Suites – 150 Timberwolf Pwky – office/retail suites – Passed through site review.
Professional Office Bldg – 490 Cascade Loop – office suites – March 18 responses to comments will be reviewed.
This will be on the agenda next week.
Stockman Bank – 471 Rivers Edge Loop – New Bank – Building is working with the applicant to relocate the EV
charging stations away from the building. Planning stated that sidewalks on the north side need to be added and
gave Sherwin Williams as an example. This will be on the agenda next week.
Affinity at Kalispell – 605 Stillwater – Apts/Pool Bldg/Garages –Building completed garage and pool comments.
The building is still under review. All other department reviews are complete. This will be on the agenda next week.
Freddy’s Frozen Custard – 420 Cascade Loop – restaurant/Drive Thru – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda
next week.
Brace Place – 1410 Ponderosa St – new orthodontic office – In all departments’ queues. This will be on the
agenda next week.
Immanuel Living Lofts @ Buffalo Hill– 45 Claremont – apartments – Public Works and Parks has building
plans review in their queues. Building is reviewing the building plans. This will be on the agenda next week.
NEW BUSINESS:
Burn Bootcamp – 466 Rivers Edge Loop – athletic club - In all departments’ queues. This will be on the agenda
next week.
