PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: None. OLD BUSINESS: Bloomstone Apartments/Clubhouse – 1070 Treeline – Bldg A/Clubhouse – Building is still waiting for truss packages. Landscaping is under review. Nygren added that the southwest corner needs to be included in the landscaping plan. This will be on the agenda next week. Montarise Landing – 570 E Swift Creek Way (Bldg 1) – Mixed Use – This was conditionally passed through site review pending the recorded right of way dedication. Carbon Recall – 125 Old School Dr – commercial building – Planning advised that a full submittal from the applicant should be submitted today. This will be on the agenda next week. Brightview Suites – 150 Timberwolf Pwky – office/retail suites – No response to comments has been received yet. This will be on the agenda next week. Professional Office Bldg – 490 Cascade Loop – office suites – No response to comments has been received yet. This will be on the agenda next week. Stockman Bank – 471 Rivers Edge Loop – New Bank – No response to comments has been received yet. This will be on the agenda next week. Affinity at Kalispell – 605 Stillwater – Apts/Pool Bldg/Garages – Public Works has first set of comments ready to send. Building has this in their review queue. Parks has this in review. This will be on the agenda next week. Freddy’s Frozen Custard – 420 Cascade Loop – restaurant/Drive Thru – First round of comments will be sent today. This will be on the agenda next week. NEW BUSINESS: PRELIMINARY COMMENTS – Chick-Fil-A – Blake Berner and Parker Bodily discussed the drive aisle, unused existing entrances, trash enclosure, drainage, impervious area, parking, and stormwater requirements with the committee. Planning confirmed that a PUD amendment is not required, that architectural review is required, and that parking analysis may be required. Parks advised that 5% landscaping is required. Building advised them to contact the Pre-Treatment Coordinator for grease interceptor requirements.
