Subject: EXTERNAL Warming center concerns
Good afternoon,
My name is Eric Jeremiassen. I am a resident of Kalispell. My address is 421 Northridge drive. I am
within approximately 1 mile of the warming center location. I am emailing you urging you to reject the
settlement reached in court by the legal team representing the city. I have been a property owner in this
wonderful town for 17 years now and have watched the quality of life plummet drastically. Since the
warming centers inception I have personally observed increased drug use and criminal activity in and
around the warming center. Myself and my 10 year old son no longer feel safe walking around the
warming center area because of the warming center operating and have stopped spending money at the
local businesses around that area as a result of the warming center. Please,vote no on the ratification of
the warming center settlement. Please revoke the conditional use permit and address the homeless
problem in our once great city appropriately.
