Do not ratify the agreement for the Warming Center!!! You are inviting terrible problems for the Flathead
Valley! If you actually care about the citizens of the Flathead Valley you won't ratify. If you do ratify you
will be putting the citizens at risk of danger and theft! This is NOT what I voted for!
