Conrad Mansion
1. Welcome - Members present: Mary Pat Murphy, Diane Morton Stout, Mark
Schickendantz, Tia Robbin, Susanne Wigginton, Chris Vick, Cate Webber, Diane Medler,
Sue Corrigan, Teri Iwerson, Everit Sliter, Gail Erickson, Carrie Nelson, and Museum
Director Brit Clark.
2. Consent Agenda -
a) November minutes accepted.
b) Treasurer's report- Accepted. Mark moved to accept. Chris seconded. All In
favor.
c) By-laws- Reviewed amended by-laws. Substantive changes include inclusion of
proxy voting and online meetings. Officer election will be staggered. Chris moved
to accept. Mark seconded. All in favor.
3. Executive Director's Report — See submitted monthly report. Assistant Sorcha Brooks
has given notice and her last day at the Mansion will be December 201". The hours for
this position will be increased when it is advertised.
4. Other business -
a) Annual bonuses for Brit and Mansion staff were approved by the Finance
Committee.
b) Approval of the site plan for the restrooms & office building will be on the
agenda for the January meeting.
c) Cindy, who started giving tours at the Mansion in 2008, will retire from the
Mansion in mid -January.
