PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Public Works advised that Stillwater Bend was approved for release
and that Parkland Meadows is close to being released.
OLD BUSINESS:
Bloomstone Apartments/Clubhouse – 1070 Treeline – Bldg A/Clubhouse – Public Works’ review is complete,
Parks has this in their queue. The committee discussed truss packets. All comments will be sent together. This will
be on the agenda next week.
Project Wolfpack – United Dr – warehouse/distribution –Passed through site review.
Montarise Landing – 570 E Swift Creek Way (Bldg 1) – Mixed Use – Parks met with the applicant yesterday
regarding landscaping requirements and the review should be completed soon. This will be on the agenda next
week.
Carbon Recall – 125 Old School Dr – commercial building – Planning advised that the geotech report and plans
have been received. Public Works is waiting for a full submittal. This will be on the agenda next week.
Brightview Suites – 150 Timberwolf Pwky – office/retail suites – No response to comments has been received yet.
This will be on the agenda next week.
Professional Office Bldg – 490 Cascade Loop – office suites – No response to comments has been received yet.
This will be on the agenda next week.
Flathead Fairgrounds Bleachers – 265 N Meridian – Passed through site review.
Stockman Bank – 471 Rivers Edge Loop – New Bank – No response to comments has been received yet. This will
be on the agenda next week.
Affinity at Kalispell – 605 Stillwater – Apts/Poop Bldg/Garages – Public Works is reviewing. Building has this in
their queue. This will be on the agenda next week.
Freddy’s Frozen Custard – 420 Cascade Loop – restaurant/Drive Thru – Public Works’ review is complete,
Building has this in review, Parks has this in their queue. All comments will be sent together. This will be on the
agenda next week.
NEW BUSINESS: PRELIMINARY COMMENTS – Kalispell Toyota - Tom Tabler from IMEG and the
committee discussed hydrant leads, domestic water, and fire service lines, irrigation services, DEQ approval, geo -
tech, landscap shielding, truss packets, and impervious area. Public Works will reach out to IMG regarding the
middle approach.
