Bid Award for Police Evidence Building Storage System
MEETING DATE: March 3, 2025
BACKGROUND: The Police Department is remodeling 306 1st Ave E, which
previously housed the Parks and Recreation Department to accommodate evidence
storage and Detective office space. This project was previously approved by Kalispell
City Council and funded by Downtown Tax Increment Financing (TIF).
The City advertised an invitation for bids for the Evidence High Density Storage System
and Evidence Locker Storage.
The following bids were received in response to the published Invitation for Bids:
BIDDING RESULTS:
AADS Office Solutions Int'l LLC
$121,900
ACTION REQUESTED: Motion to award the bid for the Evidence Storage System at
306 1st Ave E to AADS Office Solutions Int'l LLC of $121,900.
FISCAL EFFECTS: The cost for the remodel is set to be funded by the Downtown TIF
2188-480-470230-720 funds.
ALTERNATIVES: As suggested and approved by the City Council.
