OLD BUSINESS:
Bloomstone Apartments/Clubhouse – 1070 Treeline – Bldg A/Clubhouse – Public Works’ review is almost
complete. Parks review is underway. Fire advised that the hydrants were approved. This will be on the agenda next
week.
Project Wolfpack – United Dr – warehouse/distribution – Brian Kemp and Scott Conley discussed the irrigation
water tap with Public Works and advised that they will be sending landscaping response comments tomorrow. This
will be on the agenda next week.
Montarise Landing – 570 E Swift Creek Way (Bldg 1) – Mixed Use – Parks will be reviewing the recreational
amenities submittal soon. Parks had a meeting scheduled with the applicant but it was canceled. Planning advised
that a new site plan is forthcoming. This will be on the agenda next week.
Carbon Recall – 125 Old School Dr – commercial building – No changes; the geotech report has not yet been
received and Public Works has not received civil submittals. This will be on the agenda next week.
EX-Guard – 1000 Rail Park Dr – fabrication warehouse – Public Works has response comments out. This will be
on the agenda next week.
Brightview Suites – 150 Timberwolf Pwky – office/retail suites – Public Works advised that all comments were
sent out. This will be on the agenda next week.
Professional Office Bldg – 490 Cascade Loop – office suites – Building has plans under review. This will be on
the agenda next week.
Flathead Fairgrounds Bleachers – 265 N Meridian –Parks has this in their queue. Public Works has completed
their review and will be sending all comments out as soon as all departments’ reviews are complete. This will be
on the agenda next week.
Stockman Bank – 471 Rivers Edge Loop – New Bank – Public Works will be sending comments out soon. This
will be on the agenda next week.
NEW BUSINESS: Affinity at Kalispell – 605 Stillwater – Apts/Poop Bldg/Garages – Public Works does not have
a full submittal; civil and landscaping need to be uploaded. Planning advised that final plat application was received.
This will be on the agenda next week.
PRELIMINARY COMMENTS : Corwin Auto Addition – 2577 US Hwy 93 N – not currently annexed into the
city – Chris Becker and Tyler Hubbard from Buildpact MT discussed lot line adjustments, aggregating the lot, MDT
access, geotech, utilities, Fire Department access, landscaping buffer, parking, conservation district permits, water
tap, water tap size, and carbon monoxide detection with the committee. Public Works will provide them with a
rough fee estimate.
