I have been informed that submitting an Ad'acent Ownership List Request Fonn without
the proper signature may render the list in 4 e to a p06ing office. If such an
instance arises, I 91knowledge that I will be nsible for the additional fees associated
($75 for a standard order, $150 for a rush order) with having a new list compiled.
