PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Public Works sent an SIA request for Parkland Meadows.
OLD BUSINESS:
Bloomstone Apartments/Clubhouse – 1070 Treeline – Bldg A/Clubhouse – Parks and Public Works received a
resubmittal on 2/10. Pre-Treatment comments have been out since 7/3. This will be on the agenda next week.
Project Wolfpack – United Dr – warehouse/distribution – Parks has submittal in the queue. This will be on the
agenda next week.
Montarise Landing – 570 E Swift Creek Way (Bldg 1) – Mixed Use – Public Works is working with them on the
easements. Parkis is working with them on recreational amenities. This will be on the agenda next week.
Carbon Recall – 125 Old School Dr – commercial building – Planning advised that the geotech report has not yet
been received. Public Works has not received civils submittals. This will be on the agenda next week.
EX-Guard – 1000 Rail Park Dr – fabrication warehouse – Public Works has response comments out. This will be
on the agenda next week.
Walmart – 170 Hutton Ranch Rd – remodel/expansion/parking/landscaping – Public Works needs the reimbursable
record deposit. Building advised that there will be a new permit submittal for EV charger; Fire stated that the
charging stations will need to be away from the building. This was conditionally passed through site review.
Brightview Suites – 150 Timberwolf Pwky – office/retail suites – Public Works has comments out since 2/5. The
committee discussed connection to the nearby trail. This will be on the agenda next week.
Professional Office Bldg – 490 Cascade Loop – office suites – Parks’ review is complete. Building’s review will
be complete soon. This will be on the agenda next week.
Flathead Fairgrounds Bleachers – 265 N Meridian – Public Works has this in their review queue. Fire and
Building review is complete. This will be on the agenda next week.
NEW BUSINESS: Stockman Bank – 471 Rivers Edge Loop – New Bank – Fire stated that the EV chargers must be moved
away from the building. This will be on the agenda next week.
PRELIMINARY COMMENTS : Kalispell Toyota – New Location – Tom Tabler from IMEG and the committee
discussed dark sky lighting, approaches, trash enclosure location, PUD signage restrictions, water pressure,
sprinkling, water main extension, hydrants, clear vision triangle, fire truck access, landscaping, and geotech.
Planning provided lighting advice based on previous auto dealership experience, and Fire will send the CAD files
for their apparatus.
