Subject: EXTERNAL Bullied out of housing due to Politics
Summit Manor staff attacked me and threatened my life using other residents vulnerabilities to push me
out into the deadly cold. Officer Bradley shame on you and Duluth PD for not having a safe place for
survivors taking the Gangs that trafficked them to court.
Now I have to go beg Montana for my life since MN just wants to torture me for my skin color and political
affiliation etc, everywhere I go.
I had to go to Montana for help last time remember Mayor Reinhardt and Duluth PD in 2023 when you
were refusing to help me because you think the issue is, "out of your justification." If it's out of your
jurisdiction then why does Congress mention local police in the 2000 human trafficking victims
protection act?
Oh my God I figured it out it's because you didn't want to solve the problem.
And like with all things time will tell.
