HEAR THE PUBLIC: None. PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: None OLD BUSINESS: Bloomstone Apartments/Clubhouse – 1070 Treeline – Bldg A/Clubhouse – No change since Public Works sent comments out on 1/17. This will be on the agenda next week. Project Wolfpack – United Dr – warehouse/distribution – New landscaping plans were resubmitted on 2/4 and are under Parks’ review. Public Works to send comments out at same time as Parks’ comments are sent. Fire advised that the fire systems will be looped. This will be on the agenda next week. Montarise Landing – 570 E Swift Creek Way (Bldg 1) – Mixed Use – Parks has landscape comments out. Public Works is waiting for easements. This will be on the agenda next week. Carbon Recall – 125 Old School Dr – commercial building – Planning advised that the geotech report is expected to be sent in early February. Public Works and Building are waiting for complete submittals. This will be on the agenda next week. EX-Guard – 1000 Rail Park Dr – fabrication warehouse –Public Works is waiting for a resubmittal. This will be on the agenda next week. Walmart – 170 Hutton Ranch Rd – remodel/expansion/parking/landscaping – Building is waiting for geotechnical reports for the building. This will be on the agenda next week. Brightview Suites – 150 Timberwolf Pwky – office/retail suites – Public Works and Building have comments out. Fire has hydrant location comments out. Planning advised Public Works to encourage the applicant to account for stormwater requirements for the future parking lot site. This will be on the agenda next week. Professional Office Bldg – 490 Cascade Loop – office suites – Building and Public Works are reviewing. Parks to send comments out soon. Planning reminded Parks that the PUD requires trees along the private sidewalks. This will be on the agenda next week. NEW BUSINESS: Flathead Fairgrounds Bleachers – 265 N Meridian – Public Works, Parks, and Building will need to review. This will be on the agenda next week.
