PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: None OLD BUSINESS: Bloomstone Apartments/Clubhouse – 1070 Treeline – Bldg A/Clubhouse – Nothing new since Public Works sent comments out on 1/17. This will be on the agenda next week. Project Wolfpack – United Dr – warehouse/distribution – Public Works received updates to the project. Parks met with the landscape architect. This will be on the agenda next week. Montarise Landing – 570 E Swift Creek Way (Bldg 1) – Mixed Use – Building review is complete. Parks has landscape comments out. Public Works is waiting for easements. This will be on the agenda next week. Carbon Recall – 125 Old School Dr – commercial building – Planning advised that the geotech report is expected to be sent in early February. This will be on the agenda next week. EX-Guard – 1000 Rail Park Dr – fabrication warehouse – Public Works advised that the infiltration test was done. Parks and Public Works approved the elavations. This will be on the agenda next week. Walmart – 170 Hutton Ranch Rd – remodel/expansion/parking/landscaping – New documents are under review. This will be on the agenda next week. Brightview Suites – 150 Timberwolf Pwky – office/retail suites – Documents are under review. This will be on the agenda next week. Professional Office Bldg – 490 Cascade Loop – office suites – Documents are under review. This will be on the agenda next week. NEW BUSINESS: PRELIMINARY COMMENTS: 1000 W Idaho – New Car Wash – The committee discussed with Alan (developer) and Kyle May, Christian Tidwell, and Faviana Dee (Hover Architecture) curbs and sidewalks, floodplain requirements, easements, and final plat. Planning recommended contacting MDT for input on the access to Meridian Rd and that they should address the floodplain first since lots in the floodplain cannot be subdivided. Planning also advised that building permits cannot be issued without final plat approval. OTHER: Planning advised that the addition of permit milestones will be added into Cityworks soon.
