OLD BUSINESS:
Costco – Jefferson Blvd – store/fuel station – This was conditionally passed through Site Review pending DEQ
approval.
Bloomstone Apartments/Clubhouse – 1070 Treeline – Bldg A/Clubhouse – Planning advised that the garage plans
submittal was received 1/16. Building advised that they are waiting on trusses for the garage. Parks is still waiting
for the landscaping for the phase. Public Works stated that the pond has been removed from the plans. This will be
on the agenda next week.
Project Wolfpack – United Dr – warehouse/distribution – Public Works is reviewing new submittals were received
1/20.Planning advised that the applicant would like to schedule a meeting with Parks and their landscape architect.
This will be on the agenda next week.
H&H Express – 140 School House Loop – warehouse/distribution – Public Works is waiting on drawings, waiver
of SID and payment. This was conditionally passed through Site Review.
Montarise Landing – 570 E Swift Creek Way (Bldg 1) – Mixed Use – Public Works is waiting for responses to
comments sent 12/3. Parks received comments on 1/22. This will be on the agenda next week.
Carbon Recall – 125 Old School Dr – commercial building – Planning advised that the geotech report is
expected to be sent in early February. Parks review is complete unless there site changes are required. This will
be on the agenda next week.
EX-Guard – 1000 Rail Park Dr – fabrication warehouse – Parks received elevations and will send to Public
Works for their review. They are working on infiltration tests as part of the resubmittal. This will be on the
agenda next week.
Walmart – 170 Hutton Ranch Rd – remodel/expansion/parking/landscaping – Planning advised that there were
new documents uploaded on 1/15. This will be on the agenda next week.
Brightview Suites – 150 Timberwolf Pwky – office/retail suites – Public Works will be sending comments out.
This will be on the agenda next week.
NEW BUSINESS: Professional Office Bldg – 490 Cascade Loop – office suites – Plans are in Public Works’
queue. This will be on the agenda next week.
OTHER: Planning advised that the MSU College of Nursing applied for the Administrative Adjustment. Public
Works advised that they are waiting for the recorded waivers of protest for each parcel and record drawings.
