1. Welcome- Members present: Diane Stout, Diane Medler, Cate Webber, Everit
Sliter, Mark Schickendantz, Chris Vick, Gary Havens, Gail Erickson, Natalie
Robinson, Mary Pat Murphy, Carrie Nelson and Museum Director Brit Clark.
2. Consent Agenda -
a) October minutes accepted.
b) Treasurer's report- Everit reviewed financials. Chris moved to accept
report, Mark seconded. All in favor.
3. Committee Reports
a) Bylaws- (Chris)- Reviewed and discussed proposed changes. Changes
will be put to a vote for approval at the December meeting. Proposed
changes include: adding a section to allow proxy votes, allowing for online
meetings, and staggering terms of officers to allow for better continuity.
Mary Pat thought four-year terms were too long. Chris discussed family
board representation. Only a family member can appoint a family member
representative. The amount for unbudgeted expenditures was increased
by $500 in the proposed changes. Everit
4. Executive Director's Report- See submitted monthly report.
S. Nominate Natalie Robinson to Board - Everit made a motion to nominate
Natalie as a member at Large board representative. Gail Seconded. All in favor.
