S. Facilities -
a) Outbuilding Planning committee- Cate provided update. Diane Medler
and Susanne spoke with staff from the City planning department about
new construction requirements. Construction of a building large enough to
accommodate restrooms, gathering space, storage space, and an office
would require approximately twenty additional parking spaces on the
property. As an alternative option, construction of a much smaller 1,000
square foot building would not fall under the same legal requirements.
After discussion, Mary Pat moved to authorize the building committee to
proceed with the 1,000 square foot option. Diane Stout seconded.
Approved unanimously.

application has been submitted for "'Opening our Doors to All". The goal of
this project is to make the Mansion more accessible for people with limited
