PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: None OLD BUSINESS: Costco – Jefferson Blvd – store/fuel station –Parks has 1/14 response comments in review. Planning to reach out to Fire for approval status. This will be on the agenda next week. Bloomstone Apartments/Clubhouse – 1070 Treeline – Bldg A/Clubhouse – Building B plans were just submitted. Public Works has comments out since 12/5. Planning to follow up with Pre-Treatment for approval status. Parks is still waiting for the recreational amenities calculation. This will be on the agenda next week. Project Wolfpack – United Dr – warehouse/distribution –Public Works sent subdivision comments out 1/15 and site comments were sent out in December. Parks sent both comments out. Planning advised that Final Plat is still pending. This will be on the agenda next week. Birds Nest – 120 Financial Drive – new daycare building –Public Works is still waiting for Right of Way permit approval. Planning advised that the pending fees are correct. This was passed through site review. H&H Express – 140 School House Loop – warehouse/distribution – Public Works received updated pans and is still waiting on payment. Parks is still waiting for updated plans. This will be on the agenda next week. Montarise Landing – 570 E Swift Creek Way (Bldg 1) – Mixed Use – Public Works has easement comments out. Planning advised that all other departments are reviewing. This will be on the agenda next week. Carbon Recall – 125 Old School Dr – commercial building – Planning advised that review will not begin until the geotech report is received. This will be on the agenda next week. EX-Guard – 1000 Rail Park Dr – fabrication warehouse –Public Works is waiting on comments. Parks is still waiting for boulevard tree plans. This will be on the agenda next week. Walmart – 170 Hutton Ranch Rd – remodel/expansion/parking/landscaping – Building received a new submittal and is waiting on geo-tech for the building. This will be on the agenda next week. NEW BUSINESS: Brightview Suites – 150 Timberwolf Pwky – office/retail suites – Planning advised that the submittal was accepted today and is ready for review by all departments. Public Works and Toby McIntosh discussed water and fire services. This will be on the agenda next week. OTHER: Planning advised that building permits for Freddy’s Frozen Custard, Burn Bootcamp, and the Fairgrounds bleachers should be coming in soon and that a new submittal for 490 Cascade Loop is under plan intake today.
