To Whom It May Concern,
I, Jason R. Cronk, President & CEO of Immanuel Living, hereby authorize LPW Architecture to act
as the authorized agent of Immanuel Living in requesting an amendment to the City of Kalispell
Zoning Code. This request pertains to the design and construction of an elevated pedestrian
bridge spanning across Claremont Street, connecting the east and west sides of the Immanuel
Living campus.
The proposed pedestrian bridge is intended to provide residents with a safe and convenient
means of accessing amenities located on either side of the street.
The current zoning for the site, H-1, does not permit the construction of a pedestrian bridge.
Therefore, this request seeks to amend the zoning requirements within the H-1 zone to allow
for the proposed construction.
