PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Public Works advised that the bond for Junegrass needs to be updated for landscaping. Planning advised that they received a maintenance bond that is not due yet. Planning advised that the quarterly performance bond renewal review is coming up. OLD BUSINESS: Costco – Jefferson Blvd – store/fuel station –Parks advised that landscape approval is still pending. Planning advised that city council granted final plat on 1/6/25. This will be on the agenda next week. Bloomstone Apartments/Clubhouse – 1070 Treeline – Bldg A/Clubhouse – Building B plans were just submitted. Public Works advised that the storm pond isn’t needed. Parks is still waiting for the recreational amenities calculation and that they are waiting on an updated submittal. Planning advised that city council granted final plat on 1/6/25. This will be on the agenda next week. Project Wolfpack – United Dr – warehouse/distribution –Parks is still waiting on the subdivision landscaping plans but will check the portal again. Public Works is waiting for a resubmittal and information on hydrants. This will be on the agenda next week. Birds Nest – 120 Financial Drive – new daycare building –Public Works and Parks are waiting on elevations and backflow information. Landscaping submittal is supposed to be submitted later today. This will be on the agenda next week. H&H Express – 140 School House Loop – warehouse/distribution – Public Works is still waiting on payment. Parks is waiting for updated plans. This will be on the agenda next week. Montarise Landing – 570 E Swift Creek Way (Bldg 1) – Mixed Use – Parks is reviewing revised landscaping plans. Public Works will send easement comments out. This will be on the agenda next week. Carbon Recall – 125 Old School Dr – commercial building – Public Works is waiting on design reports. Landscaping review is almost complete. Building advised that the geotech report is supposed to come this month. This will be on the agenda next week. EX-Guard – 1000 Rail Park Dr – fabrication warehouse –Nothing new. Building review is complete. This will be on the agenda next week. Walmart – 170 Hutton Ranch Rd – remodel/expansion/parking/landscaping – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week.
