PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Public Works advised that the bond for Junegrass needs to be updated for landscaping. Planning advised that they received a maintenance bond that is not due yet. Planning advised that
the quarterly performance bond renewal review is coming up. OLD BUSINESS: Costco – Jefferson Blvd – store/fuel station –Public Works sent approval on 12/23, Pre-Treatment sent approval on 12/20; building review is complete. Planning advised that final plat goes to City Council for approval on 1/6/25. Parks advised that landscape approval is pending. This will be on the agenda next week.
Bloomstone Apartments/Clubhouse – 1070 Treeline – Bldg A/Clubhouse – Public Works has comments out and
advised that the stormwater pond will need to be changed out. The committee agreed that the pond for the subdivision will need to be built prior to issuing the C of O for the clubhouse or apartments. Building recommended not installing the water meter prior to the pond being built. Parks is still waiting for the recreational amenities
calculation. This will be on the agenda next week.
Project Wolfpack – United Dr – warehouse/distribution –Public Works stated that the applicant requested a capacity letter. Parks is waiting on landscaping plans. This will be on the agenda next week.
Birds Nest – 120 Financial Drive – new daycare building – Building approved plans on 12/31. Public Works and Parks are waiting on elevations and irrigation plans. This will be on the agenda next week.
H&H Express – 140 School House Loop – warehouse/distribution – Parks advised that landscaping approval is
pending. Public Works is still waiting on payment. This will be on the agenda next week.
Montarise Landing – 570 E Swift Creek Way (Bldg 1) – Mixed Use – Nothing new. Parks has landscaping comments out. This will be on the agenda next week.
Carbon Recall – 125 Old School Dr – commercial building – Parks will begin review on 1/6. Public Works is missing a design report and Building still needs a complete set of plans. This will be on the agenda next week.
EX-Guard – 1000 Rail Park Dr – fabrication warehouse –Public Works discussed approaches with the
committee. Parks’ approval is still pending. This will be on the agenda next week.
Walmart – 170 Hutton Ranch Rd – remodel/expansion/parking/landscaping – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week.
PRELIMINARY COMMENTS – None.
OTHER – MDT Combo Facility – The committee reviewed and gave brief comments to initial plans for this project including a road connection on the east side of the property, the walking path surface must be concrete, and the landscaping will need to consistent with the Ford Dealership’s landscaping.
