Description
One-time setup for Classound Voice Services, Wildix VoIP Phone System. Includes: programming of the cloud-based phone
system consisting of user extensions, the installation of each user's communication device, configuration of each individual's
phone/app, and necessary user training.
Because site-surveys nor a specific discovery session were performed, the quantities and types of licenses and
devices are estimated to provide The City with a rough price. DCS expressly reserves the right to negotiate
modifications to the quantities and types based on design solutions or recommendations to The City if the proposal
should be accepted.
The required service fees for the SIP voice service and all Wildix user & hardware licenses must be approved on a
separate provider proposal - see (2of2) 5-Year Service Fees.
Unless specifically noted, any new network upgrades or necessary network cabling or hardware is not covered in
this estimate - it is assumed that all necessary network hardware related to phone operations is provided by the
customer. DCS is happy to provide a proposal for network cabling and hardware upon request.
One On-Premise PBX will be installed at Public Safety Building for city-wide failover if the Amazon servers should
ever lose functionality.
Estimation & Payment Terms
This estimation of cost for expected materials and labor is good for 30 days from delivery, barring any manufacturer
price increases or required adjustments to estimated shipping.
Outside of any pre-programming changes, by giving approval to this estimate the customer understands they will be
invoiced no less than the stated price - any overages due to manufacturer price increases or necessary product
swaps due to availability issues will be added to an automatic change order, while unforeseen install obstacles or
customer-requested edits will be handled through pre-approved change orders.
Payment is to be made in the following manner: First upon DCS receiving your approved quote/estimate you are
responsible to pay the initial invoice for the greater cost of 50% of the project or the total of materials to be ordered.
Second, you must pay all future progressive invoices provided as work is done and materials are ordered.
Labor and materials will be furnished in accordance with the following specifications: All material is guaranteed to be
as specified or swapped with equivalent hardware based on availability and is considered leased equipment until
paid in full. All work will be completed in a neat and workmanlike manner according to standard industry practices.
DCS, Inc. employees are fully covered by Liability and Workman's Compensation Insurance.
