Provider proposal for service fees - Voice, Phone System Licenses, and DCS Support.
This is a 5-year contract to be paid upfront or broken out into monthly or yearly payments. At the end of the initial
5-year term The City will have the right to renew for 5 years or choose a month-to-month option.*
Any required configuration or install costs must be approved on a separate estimate - see (1of2) One-time Setup.
Because site-surveys nor a specific discovery session were performed, the quantities and types of licenses and
devices are estimated to provide The City with a rough price. DCS expressly reserves the right to negotiate
modifications to the quantities and types based on design solutions or recommendations to The City if the proposal
should be accepted.
All monthly fees start accruing at the time of activation of the PBX and/or delivery of the hardware, therefore a pre-
install invoice may be required to cover these costs.

This proposal, broken out by site in separate cost centers, consists of one Wildix cloud-based phone system (PBX);
Classound voice services - SIP trunks and DIDs for calling, faxing, and texting over IP services; Licenses for users and
hardware as a service devices (HWaaS); and the city-wide DCS Partner Agreement.**
*If broken down into monthly or yearly payments the discount is decreased - DCS Sales Engineer can provide the numbers.
**Each user on the PBX with an Essential license or higher is required to have their own Classound.
**An Essential license allows for 1-way SMS texting through Collaboration, but a Business license allows for 2-way SMS texting.
**The (HWaaS) agreement, allows for all associated hardware to be upgraded or replaced as necessary during the 5-year term.
