Contract Terms and Conditions: LAN Cloud Connect shall retain the right to adjust prices on system(s) that require an extreme amount of support/ service or customized systems with complex
hardware and software. Lan Tel reserves the right to increase pricing at the end of the contract period. The pricing shown is based on a 5-year contract. Pricing is locked in for the term of the contract.
If contract is cancelled prior to the end of the contract period, the early cancellation will result in a buy-out of the remaining contract term.
The contract does not automatically renew at the end of the contract term. We will notify you 30-days prior to the end of the contract period so you can determine if you want to extend another
contract term. Prices are subject to change at that time.
