requirements for a new Mitel Unified Communications as a Service phone system offered by LAN Cloud
Connect, a Lan Tel Services company.
As an Executive Summary of the Project Scope, LAN Tel Services understands and has addressed in this
RFP response for CITY OF KALISPELL for a Cloud Based UCaaS Telephone system, called LAN Cloud
Connect, that enables CITY OF KALISPELL to take advantage of the latest in technology without losing
current phone system features used on the current system. This system is designed to support all
current and future locations with Integrated Voice Messaging, Unified Communications integration to
Microsoft, and all paging requirements as outlined in the RFP.
