PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Planning to confirm the status of the bond for Bloomstone Phase 3. Public Works advised that there is an issue with the storm pond and Parks advised that there are some boulders that
need to be removed. OLD BUSINESS: Costco – Jefferson Blvd – store/fuel station – Public Works received a submittal on 12/18 and will follow up with Pre-Treatment to confirm whether or not they received comments back from Costco. Fire plans are under review
and comments will be sent out by the end of the week. Planning advised that Costco will have landscaping reponses uploaded today and that the Final Plat will go to City Council for approval on 1/6/25. This will be on the agenda next week.
Bloomstone Apartments/Clubhouse – 1070 Treeline – Bldg A/Clubhouse – Planning advised that Final Plat will go to City Council for approval on 1/6/25. Public Works sent comments out on 12/8. Parks is still waiting for the recreational amenity breakdown and appraisal. Public Works advised that there is an issue with the stormwater pond. This will be on the agenda next week.
Project Wolfpack – United Dr – warehouse/distribution – Public Works sent updated comments out 12/17 and
needs a formal deviation for the driveway approaches. Parks does not have a complete submittal including the PUD requirements. Park’s review won’t start until complete landscaping plans are received. Fire plans are under review and discussed the parking lot hydrant with the committee. Public Works to review comments from MDT. This will
be on the agenda next week.
Birds Nest – 120 Financial Drive – new daycare building – Parks uploaded comments on 12/18 and advised that they were told they would have responses back on Monday 12/19. Building is waiting on a letter from the engineer and an updated set of plans since the geotech report requires upgrades to the building. Public Works to review irrigation meter document that was uploaded. Planning to send Public Works the updated survey. This will be on the agenda next week.
H&H Express – 140 School House Loop – warehouse/distribution – Building review is complete. Public Works is waiting on a deposit, the waiver of SID, and an updated set of plans. Parks is waiting for responses to 12/16 comments. Planning emailed Fire for approval status. This will be on the agenda next week.
Montarise Landing – 570 E Swift Creek Way (Bldg 1) – Mixed Use – Parks advised that the 12/12 landscaping plans were not done to scale and a new submittal was received today. New civils were uploaded on 12/12. Planning advised that the PUD submittal should be coming soon. Public Works is waiting on easements and right of way dedication. This will be on the agenda next week.
Carbon Recall – 125 Old School Dr – commercial building – Parks advised that landscape comments were uploaded today. Public Works and Building are waiting on complete submittals. This will be on the agenda next
week.
EX-Guard – 1000 Rail Park Dr – fabrication warehouse – Public Works sent comments out 12/3 and has not received a response. Parks advised landscaping comments were uploaded on 12/12. This will be on the agenda
next week.
Walmart – 170 Hutton Ranch Rd – remodel/expansion/parking/landscaping – Public Works is waiting on a deposit. Building is waiting on a new submittal. This will be on the agenda next week.
