BACKGROUND: FY 25 allocated funds in the Solid Waste Division to purchase a used 28-
Yard Front Load Solid Waste Truck for backup. The procurement scope was for one used 28-
Yard Front Load Solid Waste Truck delivered to Kalispell within 366 days. Bids were opened on
Thursday, December 5, 2024. The bid specifications were established to provide for a fully
operational used 28-yard front load solid waste truck delivered to Kalispell, MT.
One responsive bid was received that met city specifications.
