HEAR THE PUBLIC: None. PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Public Works advised that Junegrass is working on getting their warranty bond in place for May. OLD BUSINESS: Costco – Jefferson Blvd – store/fuel station –Parks has comments out. This will be on the agenda next week. Kynzie Lane Townhomes – 1715 5th Ave E – new townhomes – Nothing new; Planning is still waiting on the amended plat to create the sublots for the townhomes and Public Works is waiting for fees to be paid. Planning and Public Works discussed timing of infrastructure and building construction. Conditionally approved through site review. Bloomstone Apartments/Clubhouse – 1070 Treeline – Bldg A/Clubhouse –Public Works is waiting for the engineer’s estimate. Planning and Parks discussed the landscaping approval letter and SIA. This will be on the agenda next week. Project Wolfpack – United Dr – warehouse/distribution –Planning advised that the representatives for this project want to meet next week. This will be on the agenda next week. Birds Nest – 120 Financial Drive – new daycare building – Planning advised that the parking lot will be changed to reverse the direction and the guard rail will be removed. This will be on the agenda next week. H&H Express – 140 School House Loop – warehouse/distribution – Public Works is still waiting on the waiver of SID and the reimbursable record drawing deposit. Parks is working through their comments. This will be on the agenda next week. Montarise Landing – 570 E Swift Creek Way (Bldg 1) – Mixed Use – Parks advised that the landscaping plans will not be reviewed until the recreational amenity breakdown is received. This will be on the agenda next week. Carbon Recall – 125 Old School Dr – commercial building – Public Works advised that the civils are incomplete. This will be on the agenda next week. EX-Guard – 1000 Rail Park Dr – fabrication warehouse –Planning advised that Building will begin the plan review next week. This will be on the agenda next week. Walmart – 170 Hutton Ranch Rd – remodel/expansion/parking/landscaping – Public works is missing the reimbursable record deposit and that pre-treatment is not required. This will be on the agenda next week.
