HEAR THE PUBLIC: None.
PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Planning advised that Taps & Games signed a new PIA but still needs to submit the engineer’s estimate for fencing.
OLD BUSINESS: MSU College of Nursing – 331 Heritage Way –Planning advised that the only things pending are the reimbursable deposit, 2 SIDs, and a gas routing easement. This was conditionally passed through site review.
Costco – Jefferson Blvd – store/fuel station –Parks advised that the extra lots on this project will need to be
landscaped. Planning advised that the final plat application should be received soon. Public Works is working with them and is waiting on pre-treatment comments responses. This will be on the agenda next week.
Kynzie Lane Townhomes – 1715 5th Ave E – new townhomes – Nothing new; Planning is still waiting on the
amended plat to create the sublots for the townhomes. This will be on the agenda next week.
Bloomstone Apartments/Clubhouse – 1070 Treeline – Bldg A/Clubhouse –Planning advised that they are working on their final plat application. Public Works is waiting on responses to comments. This will be on the
agenda next week.
Project Wolfpack – United Dr – warehouse/distribution –Public Works advised that they are still waiting for a full
set of civils. This will be on the agenda next week.
Birds Nest – 120 Financial Drive – new daycare building – Planning presented the most recent submittal. The committee discussed the parking lot, snow removal, and fire access. Fire will send an email with their feedback. Building is still waiting on the compaction report, and Public Works is still waiting for easements. This will be on the agenda next week.
H&H Express – 140 School House Loop – warehouse/distribution – Public Works is waiting on the waiver of SID
and the reimbursable record drawing deposit. Parks is This will be on the agenda next week.
Montarise Landing – 570 E Swift Creek Way (Bldg 1) – Mixed Use – Planning advised that there is a new submittal. Parks advised that there are no landscaping plans and the recreational amenity breakdown in the plans.
This will be on the agenda next week.
Carbon Recall – 125 Old School Dr – commercial building – Public Works advised that the submittal is incomplete. Parks advised that the landscaping plans were received. This will be on the agenda next week.
EX-Guard – 1000 Rail Park Dr – fabrication warehouse –Jeremy Markham requested status from the Committee. Public works sent comments out on 11/13. Parks is waiting on the landscaping plan submittal with irrigation and advised that this can be bonded for as long as there is an engineer’s estimate submitted. Building has this in their
review queue. This will be on the agenda next week.
Walmart – 170 Hutton Ranch Rd – remodel/expansion/parking/landscaping – Public works has this in their
queue and is missing the reimbursable record deposit. This will be on the agenda next week.
PRELIMINARY COMMENTS –
Affinity @ Kalispell – Senior Living –The committee discussed the garbage enclosure location, snow storage, ADA parking space width, building height, street frontages and improvements, walking path material and right of way, ADA ramp, meter pit location, traffic mitigation, mailbox location, pre-treatment, a water stub that needs to be abandoned, fire department access, and building screening. Mike from WGM advised that the final plat application will be coming soon. Fire will send the CAD files to WGM for the fire apparatus.
Brightview Suites Lot 5 - Toby from Jackola received comments from Public Works and Fire. The committee discussed parking, drainage, fire hydrants, trash enclosure, future expansion, snow storage, curbs, and building sprinkling.
