PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: None. OLD BUSINESS: MSU College of Nursing – 331 Heritage Way –Planning advised that they are still waiting on the recorded permanent parking easement agreement as well as the signed administrative adjustment and fees. Public Works is waiting on the record drawings and 2 signed waivers of SID’s. This will be on the agenda next week. Flathead Co. Courthouse – 800 S Main – parking lot – This is conditionally approved waiting on the signed storm water permit for Public Works. Conditionally approved thru site review. Costco – Jefferson Blvd – store/fuel station – Public Works is till working through comments with engineer. Parks is waiting on landscaping and irrigation plans; he was advised by Costco that the developer would be submitting those plans. Planning is still waiting on a final plat application. Del Phipps is waiting on response to comments sent out on 9/10/24. This will be on the agenda next week. Kynzie Lane Townhomes – 1715 5th Ave E – new townhomes – Public Works is waiting on response to comments sent on 9/27/24. Planning received a new site plan reflecting the required landscaping between the driveways, they are still waiting on the amended plat to create the sublots for the townhomes. This will be on the agenda next week. Bloomstone Apartments/Clubhouse – 1070 Treeline – Bldg A/Clubhouse – All departments are working on comments, Planning is still waiting on the amended plat. This will be on the agenda next week. Project Wolfpack – United Dr – warehouse/distribution –Public Works is still waiting on a complete submittal. Parks advised that no irrigation plans have been submitted and that the landscaping plans are insufficient. This will be on the agenda next week. Birds Nest – 120 Financial Drive – new daycare building – Planning advised that the floodplain permit is finally moving forward. Public Works has comments out. Parks advised that the landscaping plans are incomplete. This will be on the agenda next week. H&H Express – 140 School House Loop – warehouse/distribution – Public Works and Parks have comments out. This will be on the agenda next week. Montarise Landing – 570 E Swift Creek Way (Bldg 1) – Mixed Use – Public Works has this in their queue and advised that the garbage enclosure and water configuration will need to change. Planning discussed signage and parking. Carbon Recall – 125 Old School Dr – commercial building – Departments on working on comments. This will be on the agenda next week. NEW ITEMS:– EX-Guard – 1000 Rail Park Dr – fabrication warehouse – new submittal, queued in departments reviews. This will be on the agenda next week. PRELIMINARY COMMENTS – Freddy’s Steakburgers – 420 Cascade Loop – fast food drive thru – preliminary comments – PW had two comments to extend the pedestrian path on the east side of the building to the sidewalk and that the shared approach to the south may need to be a right in right out based of the traffic study. PW will advise at a later date. The owner representative advised that this may be a problem for them on this particular site, access is a big factor for them. Landscape plans must be designed built and show how they plan on connecting to the irrigation in the blvd. The fire Chief will email out the CAD information for them to confirm the proper fire apparatus turning ratios. Kari advised she will send out contacts for all departments to the design group so that they can reach out individually, as well as links to the zoning map, architectural review application and requirements and sign regulations.
