PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Public Works is following up on a few bonds. The committee discussed the boulevard landscaping for Bloomstone Ph 3 and Planning advised that their bond will be extended.
OLD BUSINESS: MSU College of Nursing – 331 Heritage Way –No change from last week. Planning advised that they are still waiting on the recorded permanent parking easement agreement as well as the signed administrative adjustment and fees. Public Works is waiting on the record drawings and 2 signed waivers of SID’s. This will be on the agenda next week.
Costco – Jefferson Blvd – store/fuel station – Planning is still waiting on a bond and final plat application. Parks is
waiting for landscaping plans and added that the landscaping plans final plat for Phase 7 are incomplete. Public Works will have comments on the roundabout and stated the changes will affect utilities. Public Works and Pre-Treatment are waiting for responses to comments.The TIS may require improvements to Cascade Loop. This will
be on the agenda next week.
Kynzie Lane Townhomes – 1715 5th Ave E – new townhomes – Public Works has comments out. Planning is waiting on the amended plat to create the sublots for the townhomes. This will be on the agenda next week.
Bloomstone Apartments/Clubhouse – 1070 Treeline – Bldg A/Clubhouse –Planning advised that they will not be dividing lots. Public Works does not have a complete submittal and pre-treatment comments have been out since July. This will be on the agenda next week.
Project Wolfpack – United Dr – warehouse/distribution –Public Works needs a complete submittal. Parks does not have3 landscape plans. This will be on the agenda next week.
Birds Nest – 120 Financial Drive – new daycare building – Buidling is waiting on tan engineered compaction report
and will follow up on the hammerhead for fire access. This will be on the agenda next week.
H&H Express – 140 School House Loop – warehouse/distribution – Planning advised that this passed through the Architectural Review Committee. This will be on the agenda next week.
Montarise Landing – 570 E Swift Creek Way (Bldg 1) – Mixed Use – Nothing new. Parks is still waiting for landscaping plans and the recreational amenity breakdown. This will be on the agenda next week.
Carbon Recall – 125 Old School Dr – commercial building – Public Works advised that the submittal is incomplete. Parks advised that the landscaping plans should be submitted by the end of the month. This will be on the agenda next week.
EX-Guard – 1000 Rail Park Dr – fabrication warehouse –Public Works has comments out. Parks is waiting for the landscaping plans. Planning advised that they will be submitting to ARC next week. Building advised that there will be 2 building permits (shell and tenant improvement). This will be on the agenda next week.

PRELIMINARY COMMENTS – Walmart – 170 Hutton Ranch Rd – remodel/expansion/parking/landscaping – The committee discussed sidewalk connections and parking lot traffic flow. Building advised that there will be a large sprinkler upgrade with the remodel.
