Please consider our request to deny the proposed high density development.
We are not at all opposed to developing the subdivision but 355 homes on only 110 acres on
an inferior county road is ludicrous.
Thousands of extra daily trips on this road will be a recipe for disaster. Independent traffic
research has disputed the developers current road safety claims.
Just because an out of town developer uses a couple of locals to sugarcoat developing
extremely high density in a rural setting does not mean you have to approve it.
It is strictly done to enrich those people while ignoring the overall detriment to the area.
Concentrating 1000 plus people on 110 acres on an unsafe road is not conducive to
maintaining a safe quality of living for current residents.
Having seen firsthand this type of high density development approved in our home state of
Georgia I can attest that the arguments used to support them were the same and they
inevitably became the overcrowded unsafe areas that the local politicians ignored.
Thank you for your consideration for the safety and quality of life of the current residents who
are adamantly opposed to this high density project.
